Floating Maintenance Technician Location:

Rippowam Park and River Commons, Stamford/Norwalk, CT Key Requirements: Minimum 2-3 or more years Maintenance experience in a multi-family apartment style community EPA 608 type I & II or EPA Universal is a very strong requirement for this position Ability to work independently in multi-site or larger properties, and within a Team environment Perform Porter duties for both Properties Valid/Active Driver's License (verified during background process) About Us:
