Overview
ProSidian Seeks a Structural Engineering Analyst [DOE0149148] for Program Support on a contract contingent or W-2 basis. Generally located across the CONUS – Richland, Washington, supporting DOE EM Hanford in a federal, regulated nuclear cleanup environment requiring multidisciplinary contractor support, compliance oversight, and mission assurance.
About the Role Structural Engineering Analyst candidates with Environmental Management sector experience (functional and technical area expertise ideal) will support professional services for Environmental Management Sector Clients such as DOE. The role supports Science, Engineering and Design Support, Construction and Operations Oversight in the Hanford Field Office (HFO) and related DOE EM EMCBC activities.
Location primarily in Richland, WA (2440 Stevens Center Place, H520, Richland, WA 99354) with on-site work and potential remote work as approved.
Responsibilities
Conduct design reviews and structural analyses; prepare engineering calculations and resolve technical issues.
Provide broad engineering support across disciplines (physical sciences, civil/structural, mechanical/electrical, fire protection, instrumentation & control, environmental, chemical, nuclear) and construction compliance.
Support operations oversight including commissioning, deactivation/decommissioning, and environmental remediation (soil, groundwater, waste and nuclear material stabilization and disposition).
Work within Hanford Field Office General Support Services (GSS) in the Environmental Management program.
Qualifications
5–10+ years in engineering/structural design; DOE/nuclear preferred.
Education/Experience: 5–10+ years in engineering/structural design; DOE/nuclear preferred.
Strong skills in structural analysis, design review, and technical writing.
Proven ability to assist program and project management; experience with Science, Engineering and Design Support and Construction and Operations Oversight disciplines.
Travel as required; security clearances may be needed for some tasks.

Author DOE structural engineering evaluations; work includes a broad spectrum of support responsibilities.
Work location may change within +/-15% of intended staffing levels; travel coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the CO.
Security: Facility clearance is required; some work may require a DOE clearance as described in the task.
Place of performance: Hanford Field Office and Hanford Site, Richland, WA; on-site with possible remote support as approved.
Government-furnished resources: Office space, computers, and required software provided on-site.
Other Details Occasional field verifications may be required.
