Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist Experience working with children; school-based experience is a plus Strong communication and collaboration skills Knowledge of IEP processes and educational laws Key Responsibilities
Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services for speech, language, fluency, and social communication skills Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate communication supports in the classroom Track student progress and adjust therapy plans as needed Participate in IEP meetings and help set meaningful communication goals Provide guidance and resources for parents and caregivers Perks & Benefits
