Clinic Director / Partner – Licensed Physical Therapist
Join Ivy Rehab Network as a Clinic Director / Partner, a licensed physical therapist leading the care and business of a future outpatient orthopaedic clinic. You will focus on patient care while Ivy provides the business, marketing, and operational support to build a thriving practice.
Location Massachusetts. We are open to exploring locations that work for you and your local community. Partners will determine the clinic’s location and layout.

How to Be Successful in This Role
Licensed Physical Therapist. Treatment expectations for this role.
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program; licensed in the state of practice.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to build and grow a successful clinic.
Strong work ethic and determination to establish community presence and referral relationships.
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience; supervisory experience preferred.
Proven clinical, management, and leadership abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive environment with clients and staff.
Compensation Structure Annual base pay: $100,000‑$120,000 (based on experience). Competitive annual bonus plan. True equity ownership in the clinic.
