Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Hometown NP – Remote | Flexible Hours Hometown NP is a clinician-led, patient-centered mental health group dedicated to delivering outstanding behavioral healthcare through evidence-based practice and true teamwork. Why Join Us? Clinical Focus: Spend your time on patient care—not paperwork. True Flexibility: Set your own schedule and work remotely from anywhere. Team building: Collaborate closely with therapists and other prescribers. Ongoing Development: Participate in monthly clinical conferences for professional growth and peer support. Specialized Care: Must be comfortable treating patients with substance use disorders (MAT/SUD). What We’re Looking For PMHNP license (open to or willing to obtain licensure in additional states). Prior work as a PMHNP preferred but not required. Strong skills in psychiatry, diagnosis, and psychopharmacology. Excellent communication skills; comfortable with basic tech platforms. Team-oriented, collaborative, and professional. Minimum commitment of 5 hours/week. Compensation: $80–$110/hour Bonus: Annual performance incentive at your work anniversary. We will cover the cost of additional licensure. Note We do not engage practitioners with a direct business conflict (ex: owning a similar clinical practice).
