Physical Therapist
to work and float in our
Central Region . We offer a competitive wage, benefits, and up to a

Position Type Full‑Time
Wage Range $45 - $55 / hour depending on experience.
Bonus $7,500
Location Central Region
Physical Therapist Responsibilities
Assess & Diagnose: Evaluate patients' physical conditions, movement abilities, and medical history to develop personalized treatment plans.
Develop & Implement Treatment Plans: Create and execute rehabilitation programs to improve functional deficits.
Provide Hands‑on Therapy: Perform manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound and electrical stimulation as needed.
Educate & Support Patients: Provide patient, caregiver, and staff education on pain management techniques, fall risk safety, injury prevention, and exercise programs.
Monitor Progress & Adjust Plans: Track patient outcomes, document progress, and modify treatment plans as needed.
Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work with doctors, nurses, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Physical Therapist Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program and hold a bachelor’s degree.
Current accredited MN Physical Therapist License.
Strong knowledge of state, federal, and local regulations pertaining to home health care.
Capable of performing the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
Effective communication in English, both oral and written.
