Responsibilities

Join as a Clinical Pharmacist. This position interprets provider orders and prescriptions, compounds and dispenses medications within regulatory guidelines and professional standards. Consult with patients and others as required regarding use of medications and potential drug interactions. Provide drug information to patients, health care workers and others as necessary. Provide oversight and supervision of pharmacy technicians and other supporting staff including directing work flow and assurance of completion of duties. Demonstrate clinical expertise in area of practice.

Qualifications

1 year hospital experience strongly preferred PGY-1 or BCPS preferred May be required to be on-call in certain situations. Bachelor’s Science or Pharm D required Active Pharmacist license in Kansas ACLS Preferred Physical Requirements - Sedentary work (prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10 lbs of force occasionally)

Schedule

Full time rotating schedule including weekends and holidays, 8 hour shifts

Pay Range

$52.27 - $75.85 / hour Shift: Variable
