Job Summary and Qualifications
As a Patient Care Technician (PCT), you will be a crucial member of our collaborative nursing care team, delivering essential support and helping create a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Your hands-on care brings comfort, dignity, and connection to those who need it most—and helps make our mission to improve lives a reality for patients every day.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing care for Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, feeding, and assisting with movement, to keep patients comfortable and supported
Checking vital signs, collecting specimens, and sharing updates with the nursing team to support timely, informed care
Maintaining clean, safe, and well-stocked patient rooms by following infection prevention standards and keeping the environment organized
Preparing patients for procedures and responding promptly to call lights and patient needs
Creating a positive experience by communicating clearly, showing empathy, and supporting patients and their families throughout their care journey
What qualifications you will need:
Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
(CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant
High School Graduate / GED
