Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist or Certified Hand Therapist to join our healthcare team in Hillsboro. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing comprehensive treatment programs to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and enhance their quality of life.

Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

Perform occupational therapy treatments using various therapeutic techniques and modalities

Design and implement rehabilitation programs for patients with diverse conditions

Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Supervise and guide Therapy Assistants and support staff

Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in EMR systems

Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and home exercise programs

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and safety protocols

Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications

Occupational Therapy Degree from an accredited institution

Current Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice

Valid CPR certification

Proven clinical experience in occupational therapy

Extensive knowledge of rehabilitation techniques and treatment methodologies

Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and MS Office

Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and movement science

Excellent assessment and diagnostic skills

Superior communication and interpersonal abilities

Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

Strong organizational and documentation skills

Experience working with diverse patient populations

Commitment to continuing education and professional development

Additional Information Compensation Range: $80K - $100K Based on Experience
