Our clinicians are dedicated to evidence-based care, aiming to serve both rural and urban areas through telehealth consultations, offering privacy, security, and convenience. About the job: Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting. Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary. Deliver patient care in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards. Practice independently without affiliations to hospitals or clinics, maintaining clinical autonomy. Work within growing teams of therapists and prescribers, with opportunities for onboarding and team matching. Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss cases and clinical topics. Perform clinical work remotely, with flexible days and hours based on the clinician's preference, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Attend weekly clinical conferences for the first 90 days, then monthly thereafter. Job Requirements: Hold a valid PMHNP license and be open to licensing in additional states. Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required. Ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare professionals. Proficient in computer and technology skills. Strong background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Salary Range:
