About Us: We are a patient-centered Holistic dental office focused on providing high-quality care in a supportive and friendly environment. Our team values professionalism, teamwork, and compassion, and we are looking for a Dental Assistant who will bring skill, reliability, and a positive attitude to our practice.
Schedule: Wednesday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM, plus a few Saturdays per month (same hours)
Responsibilities
Assist the dentist chairside during a variety of dental procedures Prepare, set up, and turn over treatment rooms Sterilize and maintain instruments according to OSHA and CDC standards Take digital X-rays, intraoral photographs, and an iTero scan Record accurate patient notes and maintain electronic charts Provide clear post-operative and home-care instructions to patients Manage supply inventory and ensure operatories are well stocked Qualifications
State-required certifications (e.g., X-ray license, CPR) 1+ year chairside experience (new grads with great attitude welcome) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Friendly, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Calm, kind, and organized; loves teamwork and punctuality Nice-to-Haves
Experience with SMART protocols and ozone therapy Familiarity with fluoride-free options and remineralization counseling Benefits
