Flagship Therapy Key Responsibilities
Effectively screen/evaluate patients with communication, cognitive or swallowing disorders and develop an appropriate plan of care following all regulatory and clinical practice standards. Provide rehabilitative, skilled and medically necessary treatment intervention to patients with communication, cognitive and/or swallowing disorders per regulatory and clinical practice requirements. Evaluate treatment outcomes for effectiveness; modify services in relation to patient evaluation and refer as needed. Provide consultation and counseling to patients, as well as families, caregivers and other service providers related to the speech disorders. Provide comprehensive discharge summary of services per regulatory and clinical requirements. Document all regulatory and clinically required information in the electronic documentation system and maintain patient records according to company policy. Qualifications
Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. Open to SLPs at all experience levels. Benefits
