Pay Ranges: $46,800 - $70,200

Overview Sampling, testing, measuring, and analyzing results related to printing inks, coatings, and associated raw materials, which include in-process materials and finished products. Coordinates with the Production Department to maintain product quality. Responsible for label equipment repairs, calibrations, and standardizations. Provides technical support to business lines as needed.

Essential Job Functions

Acknowledge and process all quality documentation regarding production.

Display effective training with successful execution of WI & SOP.

Minimize errors through document proofing/review.

Label and retain production material to provide traceability.

Coordinate with leadership to ensure product meets specifications.

Perform standardized quality control tests.

Make effective material additions that ensure product design.

Approve completed batches against prescribed specifications.

Support calibration and equipment verification systems.

Maintain quality control records in accordance with ISO standards.

Engage in and exhibit 5S behaviors.

Maintain lab and equipment with high standards in a clean working environment.

Demonstrate best practice to facilitate KPI & site metrics expectations.

Follow SMART guiding principles with task/project achievements.

Actively support quality investigations and problem-solving.

Independently adjust products, fix/use Work-off.

Perform any external support for the business as requested by leadership.

Supporting other technicians through coaching, training, and workload.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Required Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent

Computer efficiency required.

2-3 years' experience in a production/manufacturing environment

Must have demonstrated experience with and knowledge of safety.

Must have sound verbal and written communication skills.

Must have basic mathematical skills.
