Position: Assembly Technician

Summary:
Global leader in the supply of highly engineered driveline, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that improve the efficiency and performance of vehicles with both conventional and alternative-energy powertrains. Serving three primary markets – passenger vehicle, commercial truck, and off-highway equipment – Dana provides the world’s original-equipment manufacturers and the aftermarket with local product and service support through a network of nearly 100 engineering, manufacturing, and distribution facilities. This position is located in Napoleon, Ohio and is a brownfield plant start-up. The facility will be a Dana final assembly plant for the Ford Bronco and Ranger products. Important Note:
Orientation will be Monday 7/07/25 at 8am until approximately 12pm. Steel-toes shoes are required to wear to orientation. Employees will return to work at 3pm or 4pm depending on assignment, and work until 8 hours is reached for the day. Please ensure that those hired are aware of the importance of attendance and plan to be at work every day. If applicants are unsure about their ability to arrive on time or work consistently, please do not add them to this requisition to allow others who are prepared to join. Also, inform these employees that there is no A/C on the shop floor, which can make it hot if outside temperatures are high. We have large fans and other cooling items such as popsicles and fluids, but if someone cannot work in heat at times, this position may not be suitable for them.
