Review and evaluate civil and structural bids to ensure accuracy and feasibility. Manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Ensure all designs and constructions comply with relevant building codes. Apply principles of structural dynamics to design safe and durable structures. Develop detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD or similar software. Perform structural calculations to ensure designs meet required specifications. Design structures to withstand seismic events, considering materials, location, and intended use. Prepare comprehensive studies, reports, designs, specifications, bills of material, sketches, diagrams, and final working/construction drawings. Design steel structures, ensuring they meet safety and durability standards. Oversee concrete construction, ensuring it meets required specifications and quality standards. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a Structural Engineer. Proven experience in managing construction projects. Comprehensive knowledge of building codes and regulations. Proficiency in AutoCAD or similar software. Strong understanding of structural dynamics and seismic design. Experience in preparing detailed studies, reports, designs, specifications, bills of material, sketches, diagrams, and final drawings. Experience in steel design and concrete construction. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and creative skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills with diverse stakeholders.
