Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Controls Project Engineer located in Armada, MI. The Controls Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing control systems for manufacturing processes. Day-to-day tasks include programming PLCs, electrical hardware design, troubleshooting electrical systems, integrating motion control and robotics systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Qualifications
Proficiency in PLC Programming, Hardware Design, Engineering Tools & Scripting, and VFD Commissioning. Full System Integration of automotive assembly lines Software, Hardware, and HMI. Designing logic from scratch. Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Problem-Solving. Experience with Motion Control and Robotics. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to travel occasionally. Mentoring Junior Engineers to uphold customer standards and design practices. Desired Skills
