Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Engineer Co-Op role at Sargento Foods in Wisconsin. Your Responsibilities

Lead and own real and relevant projects aligned with business objectives Assist with implementation and management of production plans Apply leadership techniques to achieve or exceed Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People related metrics Collect, analyze, and report operational data to support continuous improvement, efficiency gains, and problem-solving efforts Contribute ideas to improve current processes Attend meetings with Supervisors and Managers to understand current projects and focus areas Participate in problem solving to mitigate production-related problems, material shortages, equipment malfunctions and delays where possible to reduce impact on operations Your Education And Qualifications

Pursuing an associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, organizational leadership or related field; completed year one in a two-year program or sophomore year in a four-year program Passion for learning and growing in the manufacturing industry Ability to multi-task and take initiative Strong strategic and analytical thinking Interest in data collection, analysis, and turning findings into actionable insights Proficiency in MS Office Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance; availability of transportation to corporate housing location and company locations Benefits
