Performs technical, mainly pre-defined tasks for accomplishing defined service delivery work for customer equipment. Responsibilities
You will be servicing Imaging Equipment needed in the (Minnesota) areas. Level could be adjusted based on prior experience. You are in a field-based, customer-facing role that primarily installs, services, maintains and modifies Siemens imaging equipment at customer sites. You are the "Face of Siemens" to the customer. You will support the (CT/MI) modalities with potential to cross train into other modalities as needed in the future. You are flexible and willing to work different shifts as business needs dictate, including willingness to work overtime as required. Advanced notice will be provided for any shift changes. You report to the Regional Service Manager at Siemens Medical Solutions. Qualifications
This position may suit you best if you are familiar with what is below, and would like to do develop your career with Healthineers. You have knowledge and experience performing service, preventative maintenance and modifications on Medical Imaging Equipment at customer sites with minimal supervision. You have the ability and experience to establish and maintain proper business relationships with customers and peers, as well as performing necessary administrative duties accurately. You have experience in testing, repairing and maintaining capital medical equipment. You have strong customer service and communication skills. You are proficient in the use of tools and service test equipment. You have previous experience with the following desired: (CT) Imaging or Biomedical or other electronic/capital equipment based field service. Required skills
Minimum Technical Degree or equivalent (Military) experience. Strong electronics and computer skills. (5-10) years of field service experience is desired. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Ability to work both individually and in an established team setting. Ability to travel and provide service in assigned geography; willingness to participate in an on-call rotation after training and certification. Who we are

The Annual Base Pay For This Position Is: Min $76,200 - Max $114,200. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. The Company offers benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), life insurance, long-term and short-term disability, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, and paid sick and safe time.
