Position:

Senior Compliance Engineer Summary:

You will ensure products meet regulatory standards (UL, CE, FCC, etc.) and manage compliance for UL-certified products throughout the product lifecycle. You will coordinate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams and serve as the primary contact for regulatory agencies and testing laboratories. Responsibilities

Ensure product compliance with UL and other applicable standards (CE, FCC, etc.). Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to integrate compliance requirements throughout the product lifecycle. Conduct and oversee testing procedures, evaluate results, and provide recommendations. Prepare and submit documentation to certification bodies for timely approvals. Stay updated on evolving regulations and implement changes. Represent the company with regulatory agencies and testing laboratories. Develop and maintain internal compliance policies and training. Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE). 5+ years in compliance engineering, regulatory affairs, or product safety; PE or Masters preferred. Strong knowledge of UL standards and certification processes. Familiarity with IEC, CE, FCC, RoHS, REACH, and related standards. Experience with safety and compliance testing methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work with cross-functional teams globally. Requirements & Logistics

Travel: Minimal travel 1-2 times per year to corporate HQ in Sweden; more travel available if desired. Onsite with slight hybrid work from home may be available 1-2 days from home. Company & Equal Opportunity
