Provide exceptional nursing care for ICU patients. Supervise nursing interventions and assign related tasks. Assess patient, family and staff learning needs; deliver appropriate clinical education. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. Promote effective working relationships and contribute to a positive team environment. Float to units within the hospital locations based on census and RN/Staff skills: Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center; UCLA Santa Monica; UCLA West Valley Medical Center. Qualifications
Registered Nurse with ICU experience. Ability to work efficiently and effectively with others; provide compassionate, cutting-edge patient care. Willingness to float across units as needed and adapt to varying patient needs. Strong collaboration and communication skills within an interdisciplinary team. Additional Information
