$30.00/hr - $32.00/hr Payroll Specialist / Strategic Sourcer Recruitment Specialist
Medical Biller Contract $30 - $32/hour Are you ready to take your billing expertise to the next level? We are seeking a Medical Biller to join one of our premier healthcare clients in Menlo Park, CA. What Were Looking For? A dependable professional with a deep understanding of insurance and billing systems and exceptional communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Responsibilities: Edit and submit electronic and hard copy claims to various payers (Government, Managed Care, and Commercial) Perform follow-ups on unpaid accounts Perform appeals with payer Processes refunds for accounts payable Posts payment transfers from professional billing to hospital billing Review accounts for possible underpayments
Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of directly related work experience Understanding and working knowledge of appeals and denials processes Experience with EPIC is a plus! Strong written and verbal communication skills
