Functional Activities of Daily Living Swallowing and Articulation Speech Services Vestibular/Balance and Vertigo Rehabilitation Orthopedic Post Operation Services Manual Therapy Pain Therapy Technique Responsibilities
Perform initial and ongoing physical therapy evaluations in the community or place of residence according to APTA standards of practice and state standards. Implement Plan of Treatment on a consistent schedule and adjust this schedule and plan according to patient progress. Provide therapy and treatment that is supportive and restorative to life and well-being either directly to the patient or indirectly through consultation with, delegation to, supervision of, or teaching of others. Evaluate mobility, strength and current level of patient function, set goals to improve in these areas that are scaled to patient abilities and realistically attainable. Participate in quality assessment performance improvement initiatives and maintain professional knowledge through ongoing education and training. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required; Master's or Doctorate preferred. Current licensure (or provisional if allowed by the State Physical Therapy Practice Act) with Colorado Department of Regulatory Agencies to practice Physical Therapy. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability. Passion and expertise for delivery of world-class therapy. Support and Benefits
