https://www.instagram.com/lifeatcw/ This role provides behavioral health services to patients and families with acute or chronic mental and behavioral health needs within their care setting. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, activities include managing chronic health conditions, anticipatory guidance, early trauma and mental health intervention, routine behavioral health screening, risk assessment, evidence-based therapy, safety planning, and team consultation. Licensure, Registration, and Certification:

Licensed Social Worker, Marriage and Family Therapist, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist license issued by Wisconsin. Education:

Master’s Degree in related fields plus 3000 hours post-Master’s experience, or PhD/PsyD from an APA-accredited program. Experience:

Minimum 2 years post-licensure experience; experience working with diverse children, adolescents, and families preferred. Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

Understanding of pediatric development, trauma impact, data assessment, and flexibility in patient needs. Physical and Working Conditions:

Exposure to blood, body fluids, chemicals, and potential travel between clinics. Preferred Qualifications:
