The mission is to breed, grow, and sell the best cannabis while setting high standards for products, people, and partners. About the Job

The Cultivation Technician performs labor to assist in the upkeep, stocking, and fulfillment of growing cannabis, including watering, feeding, flushing, pruning, washing, cloning, transplanting, harvesting, and facility maintenance under the supervision of the Cultivation General Manager. Attention to detail is essential. What You Will Do

Perform all tasks in the indoor harvest grow Mother plant maintenance, cloning, transplanting, nutrients and pH management, water management, airflow, temperature and humidity control, pest and disease control, IPM program implementation, plant transfer from veg to flowering Manage plant scheduling and organization to project daily, weekly, and monthly plant needs to maximize yield Cataloguing and maintaining organization of plants, tags, and pruning biomass Knowledge of pest and disease control management is a plus Maintain and follow cultivation department policies and procedures Wash and sanitize equipment; scout tools to ensure they are free of pests, viruses or disease Adapt to various strains and cultivation styles; adjust techniques to maintain pace and quality Break down flowers from stems to separate unusable waste and track waste per batch METRC knowledge is a plus Demonstrate accuracy and timeliness to meet production standards Work efficiently to increase productivity and maintain cleanliness of the facility Follow basic instructions and take constructive feedback to maintain quality and production goals Arrive on time and maintain personal hygiene per company and state guidelines Clean-up of processing areas and equipment at the end of each shift What We Are Looking For

Minimum age 21 or older High school diploma or equivalent May require rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events Experience in agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/labor preferred Flexible, professional, ethical, and able to work in various department needs Ability to identify issues with strains/products and communicate with supervision Basic understanding of cannabis laws and regulations; willingness to expand knowledge Ability to collaborate with others and adapt to policy changes Use of independent judgment regarding product processing while meeting quality and production goals Positive, proactive attitude; ability to motivate others Time management to meet goals and maintain quality Willingness to receive feedback and follow instructions Ability to follow company rules, policies, and procedures Fundamental cultivation knowledge and willingness to learn and grow in the role Analytical mindset to identify potential problems and solutions Strong communication and teamwork skills Other duties as assigned Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Lift up to 50 lbs occasionally without assistance or 100 lbs with assistance Regular carrying, grasping, lifting, walking, standing, bending/crouching, stooping, stretching, talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motions Stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature/humidity Work is performed in a fast-paced cannabis grow location with reasonable accommodations available where needed. Compensation Description (annually):

The hourly pay rate for this position is $19.00. Compensation may vary outside this range based on qualifications, skills, experience, and location. Why Join Us?
