The Opioid Epidemic is a public health crisis with an effective but underutilized clinical intervention. Bicycle Health aims to improve access and quality of care for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD) through telemedicine, reaching broadly and efficiently. Position Details

We are hiring

Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants

for a

full-time, 40-hour/week, W-2 role . This remote position involves managing a panel of adult patients with OUD, from initial assessment to ongoing treatment, including medication management with buprenorphine-naloxone, addressing co-occurring mental health conditions, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. What You Can Expect

One weekend day required; schedule designed for predictability Choose your weekdays; schedule remains consistent weekly 8-hour shifts; currently only considering full-time shifts Work from anywhere within your state (subject to regulations) Limited on-call responsibilities, approximately once every 2-3 months Regions and Schedule

Hiring for Southeast (Florida Residency and PMHNP required). Start your shift between 8am-12pm EST, with a consistent weekly schedule. Compensation & Benefits

Target pay range: $120,000-$130,000 + bonus. Benefits include 3 weeks vacation, sick time, holidays, CME days, fully paid medical/dental/vision, STD & LTD, 401k, CME allowance, and a remote work stipend. Responsibilities

Provide assessment and treatment for up to 275 adults with OUD Diagnose and manage OUD and co-occurring mental health conditions Initiate and manage buprenorphine treatment, including induction and stabilization Use motivational interviewing and engagement techniques Coordinate care with team members and external providers Participate in team meetings and quality improvement Utilize our web-based EMR platform Requirements

Valid medical license and DEA in your state; willingness to obtain multi-state licenses At least 1 year prescribing buprenorphine in relevant settings Telehealth experience preferred Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport Problem-solving skills and comfort with risk/benefit analysis Motivational Interviewing experience preferred Ability to share on-call duties, including holidays Bilingual English/Spanish preferred Join Bicycle Health, a telemedicine provider specializing in evidence-based OUD treatment, committed to increasing access to high-quality care.
