Position Overview We are looking for a top-performing nurse with solid knowledge of Preoperative and PACU/Recovery Nursing. This fast-paced environment aims to achieve the highest quality and satisfaction outcomes in Colorado Springs.

Salary Range $30-$45 per hour

Qualifications and Requirements

Current Colorado Nursing License

Current CPR, ACLS, and PALS certifications

Graduate of an accredited nursing school

Minimum 2 years of hospital experience

Ability to recognize, evaluate, solve problems, and correct errors

Effective communication and organizational skills

Accountability, professionalism, openness, adaptability, creativity, and innovation

Knowledge of surgery procedures and management of surgical patients

Understanding of aseptic techniques

Ability to care for patients from infancy to geriatrics

Excellent teaching skills

Basic knowledge of Performance Improvement principles

Additional Information USPI complies with all applicable laws regarding vaccination requirements. Candidates must be fully vaccinated or have an approved exemption prior to employment, with regular testing if exempted. Experience working in an ASC is a plus. Must be team-oriented and patient-focused.
