Overview
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/SLP CFY) – Home Health with relocation support to Colorado. Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate SLP to join our pediatric therapy team delivering care in home health settings and clinics. The role offers full-time and part-time options, with a focus on pediatric patients and feeding experience preferred. Responsibilities
Provide pediatric speech-language pathology services in home health and clinic-based settings Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders in children Match therapists to patients based on medical condition, age, location, and acuity level Collaborate with families and other caregivers to support care plans Adapt treatments to meet patient needs and improve outcomes Maintain documentation in electronic systems and participate in continuing education Location & Schedule
Location: Denver, Westminster, Commerce City, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, Loveland Setting: Home Health Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Available, Monday–Friday Compensation: $65–$85 per visit (varies by factors such as experience and location) Qualifications
Meets qualifications as established by ASHA or other professional organization Licensed to practice Speech Therapy in the current state of practice Educational/experience requirements for Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or current pursuit with supervised experience Willing to work in home and clinic-based settings Valid, unexpired Driver’s License and automotive insurance Experience in pediatric rehabilitative services preferred Feeding experience preferred (training provided) Benefits
