Utilize computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images for diagnosis. Deliver clinical care efficiently, demonstrating technical proficiency, organizational skills, and critical thinking. Job Requirements
Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology (Preferred) Three years' CT technologist experience (Preferred) Licenses and Certifications
Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists: R.T. (R)(CT)(ARRT) or R.T. (R)(ARRT) (Required) Radiologic Tech license in CA (Required) Advanced certification in CT (Required in OR and HI; Preferred in CA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Required) Fluoroscopy license (Preferred in CA and OR) Venipuncture certification (Preferred in CA and OR) Essential Functions
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care from adolescence to geriatric. Produce sagittal and coronal reformatted images for interpretation. Use PACS and teleradiology systems for image transfer. Ensure department compliance with accreditation standards (JCAHO, ACR, State Licensures). Plan daily patient workload, ensuring adequate staffing. Perform additional duties as assigned. Organizational Requirements
