We are looking for an experienced and motivated Pharmacy Manager for a direct hire position at a well-established facility in Ogdensburg, NY. This role offers the chance to lead pharmacy operations and make a meaningful impact in patient care.
Position Details
Location: Ogdensburg, NY Type: Direct Hire Schedule: Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM 7:00 PM Sat: 9:00 AM 3:00 PM Sun: Closed Hours: 38 hours/week
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and board regulations. Manage financial aspects of the pharmacy, including budgeting, payroll, inventory, and third-party administration. Lead, train, and assess pharmacy support staff, upholding regulatory standards and company policies. Participate in patient-centered services, including immunizations, Medication Therapy Management (MTM), and wellness programs. Provide expert guidance to patients and healthcare providers on medications, including interactions, side effects, and optimal therapies. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment, aligned with company standards.
Ideal Candidate
NY State Pharmacist License Immunization Certification (required) Comfortable administering all vaccines Experience as a Pharmacy Manager (preferred) Strong leadership and communication abilities Skilled in team management with a commitment to high-quality care

Relocation Assistance: Available for permanent candidates Salary Range: $52/hr $80/hr
