Summary We are hiring for a
Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist , you can expect: The ability to build in-person trusted therapist-patient relationships Continuing education and tuition reimbursement opportunities Independence and autonomy Career growth possibilities Responsibilities Evaluate the patient to determine rehab potential, identify needs, establish an individualized treatment plan, and set goals for the team plan of care. Set initial short-term and long-term goals. Utilize equipment properly and safely, maintain inspection, maintenance, and cleaning logs, and report broken or faulty equipment. Maintain equipment logs for outpatient clinic equipment. Follow the medical regimen developed for the patient and adhere to precautions (e.g., THR, TKR, cardiac, wound care). Utilize safe treatment techniques such as transfers, positioning, feeding, splinting, paraffin bath, cryotherapy, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, etc. Complete discharge summaries on each patient at their final outpatient PT visit. Education and Experience Current Physical Therapist licensure in the state of practice. Current CPR certification required. Valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or reliable public transportation.
