Location: Minneapolis, MN Facility Type: Magnet-Designated, Level III Trauma, Teaching Hospital Shift: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM, 4 days/week On-Call: ~1 weekday/week + every 4th–5th weekend (occasional Sundays) Employment Type: Contract About the Role
Join a high-performing cardiac team in a 672-bed acute care facility where innovation meets compassion. As a Cath Lab Technologist, you’ll play a critical role in delivering life-saving interventions and diagnostics in Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab settings. Responsibilities
Scrub and circulate during cardiac catheterization procedures Monitor hemodynamics and interpret dysrhythmias Assist with stent placements, PTCA, PCI, IABP, PA line insertions, and temporary pacemakers Maintain sterile field and prep access sites Operate and set up specialized equipment Float within scope to support unit needs Qualifications
1–2 years of Cath Lab experience required First-time travelers accepted with minimum 2 years of scrubbing and monitoring experience ACLS & BLS certifications required Experience with Epic/Excellian charting preferred Required Expertise
