Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking experienced Critical Care RNs for travel assignments in Syracuse, NY. Position Details: Contract Length: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 2 Start Date: 10/13 Hours/Shifts/Schedules: Days 36hrs/wk (3x12s) available Every other weekend, every other holiday Setting/Day to day: Hospital EMR: EPIC Requirements: 2+ years of Critical Care experience 2 years of Level 1 or Level 2 Trauma BLS, ACLS, PALS The Critical Care Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care in a variety of critical care settings. Responsibilities include monitoring, assessment, vital sign monitoring, ventilator management, medication administration, intravenous insertion and infusion, central line care, catheters, and maintenance of a running record of the patient’s status.
