Radiology Interventional Technologist role at Providence. Responsibilities
Assist the interventional radiologist, vascular surgeon, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, neuro-interventional radiologist, or neurosurgeon with performing interventional radiology procedures including but not limited to diagnostic and therapeutic angiography of the head and body, venography, fistulagrams, central line placement, biopsies, drainages, and pain injections. Serve as circulator or scrub during procedures as required. Qualifications
Associate''s Degree, or two-year technical program coursework/training. Completion of an approved radiology technologist training program. Washington Radiologic Technologist license upon hire, or Washington Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist Certification upon hire. National Registered Technologist - Radiography (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) upon hire, or National Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (Cardiovascular Credentialing International) upon hire. National Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography within 1 year of hire, or National Registered Technologist - Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography within 1 year of hire, or National Registered Technologist - Vascular-Interventional Radiography within 1 year of hire. National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire. Preferred Qualifications
