Instructor - Medical Laboratory Science-CHS - Full-time-20733 at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, IL. This role focuses on medical laboratory science instruction with clinical teaching (if applicable) and service within the institution. Responsibilities
Serve as a clinical supervisor or academic instructor as required. Teach and co-teach courses in the assigned curriculum. Provide academic or clinical services as applicable. Participate in faculty meetings, departmental committees, and institutional service activities. Advise and mentor students in academic and/or clinical settings. Collaborate with program directors and education managers to support student learning and operations. Maintain and develop instructional or clinical materials and resources. Promote community outreach and student engagement aligned with institutional goals. Contribute to the growth and specialization of educational programs. Qualifications
Master’s degree in a relevant field. Professional certification or licensure as required by the discipline. Eligibility for state licensure if applicable. Demonstrated potential in teaching and/or research. Relevant experience with target populations or subject matter. Preferred Qualifications
Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish). Prior experience in clinical supervision or academic instruction. Additional Information
