Conduct intake evaluations, provide therapeutic interventions and suicide prevention techniques, and develop treatment plans for inmates. Monitor the clinical needs of inmates on caseload and document findings in accordance with company and facility policies. Provide crisis intervention, oversee clinical needs of patients on caseload, and participate in treatment team multidisciplinary meetings and administrative meetings. Provide staff training on relevant mental health topics and ensure documentation and compliance with facility and company procedures. Qualifications & Requirements
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology or other related mental health discipline. One (1) or more years of experience in a mental health treatment program, preferably in a correctional or hospital setting. Unrestricted, current license in the state of practice – e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC, Psychologist. Must maintain licensures, certifications, continuing education requirements, etc. Perks & Benefits
