Clinical Nurse Coordinator - Emergency Department - PM/Night Location: Evanston Hospital Full Time: 40 hours per week; Hours: 8 hour shifts PM/Night rotation with rotating weekends. Hourly Pay Range : $43.69 - $67.72. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors. What You Will Need
License: Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Nursing required; Master’s degree preferred Certification: BLS/CPR certification required Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in appropriate clinical setting required; Prior management experience preferred What You Will Do
Positively contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience Manage day to day clinical operations and unit workflow/throughput Would assume direct patient care if necessary Be accountable for the outcomes of care for patients in a specific clinical care area(s) Guide and direct a team of care-givers in providing high quality, individualized care to the patient and family, while preparing them for discharge Guide staff development by teaching, mentoring and counseling with new and experienced staff, for both clinical and customer loyalty skills Takes lead on clinical performance management Benefits
