Delivers high-quality optometric care by performing clinical protocols and collaborating with the MOD, SMM and store team. Leads the organization through teamwork and ensures patients receive the best care, while driving brand results. Places patients first and delivers excellent service; strives to exceed KPI targets. Implements the eyewear patient service process: assess visual lifestyle needs, recommend eyewear based on client needs, explain each step of the eye exam, use visual aids to ensure understanding, and schedule annual exams. Maintains accurate diagnoses and appropriate recommendations; Establishes positive doctor-patient relationships. Utilizes technology to enhance patient experiences and maintains office systems. Maintains state licensure in good standing and fulfills continuing education requirements. Provides training and guidance to team members and delivers timely feedback. Fosters a positive culture aligned with corporate values and empowers associates to make decisions close to the patient. Leads by example and ensures a safe working environment for all staff and patients. Qualifications
