Overview

Inspire Health Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join the Trauma (TSS)/Acute Care Surgical (ACS) Division that serves the Fresno, CA community at Community Regional Medical Center (CRMC). CRMC is the only Level 1 Trauma Center in the Central Valley of California and is a teaching institution affiliated with UCSF Fresno’s surgical residency program, offering collaborative learning opportunities and professional development. Responsibilities

The PA or NP will be trained in the management of trauma and acute care surgical patients on a rotational basis across all levels of care, including the trauma bay, surgical floor, and intensive care unit. They will participate in the initial assessment and stabilization of acute trauma patients as well as performing daily rounds on admitted patients. Procedures performed include tube thoracostomy, central venous catheter placement, arterial line placement, and wound management. Benefits and Schedule

This position is based in Fresno, California – a city with a quality of life that is uniquely Californian, yet affordable. $135,000/yr. The base compensation range listed is exclusively for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual compensation may be adjusted for experience, training, hospital or community need, and other factors. Compensation may also vary based on added responsibilities, including call coverage, administrative services, performance bonus, and/or productivity. Requirements

Current or eligible to obtain a California Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license Graduate of an ARC-PA Accredited Physician Assistant Program Certified or in process NCCPA Certification Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications
