RN Visit Nurse - $4K Bonus

Overview RN Visit Nurse – Community-Based Role with Bonus at Home Health Care, Inc. Location: Minnesota counties served by Home Health Care, Inc. Schedule: FT or PT + Flexible On-Call/Weekend. Compensation: $75,000 - $100,000/year + $4,000 Sign-On Bonus.

Responsibilities

Visit clients to administer skilled nursing treatments

Coordinate care with internal and external providers

Provide education and resources for families and caregivers

Qualifications

Current MN RN license

Valid driver’s license and vehicle

Previous home care or clinical nursing preferred
