Nurse Practitioner physician job in Massachusetts.
Responsibilities
Provide urgent care services to patients, performing procedures such as suturing, EKG, splinting, and X‑rays.
Consult with a supervising physician as needed, especially for pediatric cases.
Work full weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays as part of the provider rotation.
Maintain patient flow of 3–4+ patients per hour with a goal of increasing to 4+ patients per hour.
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible Medical Doctor (MD or DO).
Current U.S. work visa and licensed in Massachusetts.
New graduates proficient in urgent care procedures such as suturing, EKG, splinting, and X‑rays.
Prior ICU/ER experience accepted for RN‑A graduates.
Team‑oriented, willing to work full weekends and holidays.
Quickly achieve independent decision‑making after training.
