Program Requirements
You must be in the Military Active Duty, Guard, or Reserve Component.
Maintains appropriate, applicable licenses, certificates, and permits necessary or required.
Compliance Requirements
Proof of immunity to rubella and rubeola (two doses of MMR vaccine or serological testing).
Proof of varicella immunity (verbal or written history, or titers).
Hepatitis B series initiation or declination and/or testing for serologic response.
Two-step TB Skin test or Quantiferon testing within the last 12 months.
Completion of flu shot within flu season (as per state regulations).
Proof of COVID vaccine or exemption documentation.
ACLS and/or BLS Certification, if applicable.
Completion of HIPAA Compliance Training.
Training in Human Blood and Body Fluid Precautions and Infection Control.
