Qualifications
2+ years in specialty endoscopy, including EUS, ERCP, bronchoscopy, EBUS; expertise in bariatric procedures and ION Robot preferred.
Registered RN license in state of practice.
BLS certification from American Heart Association.
RN diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
Certification in Clinical Specialty Area preferred.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Proficiency in computers, software, and web‑based applications.
Effective verbal and written communication; ability to present information clearly and professionally.
Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Job Duties
Utilizes the nursing process to deliver patient care.
Assess learning needs and implement teaching strategies tailored to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team.
Communicates, delegates, and manages nursing team resources effectively.
Use data and knowledge to evaluate and promote change, achieving optimal outcomes.
Embrace concepts that enhance customer satisfaction, employee morale, and nursing professionalism.
