Master’s or doctoral degree in a behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college or university Active license to provide psychotherapy in Illinois Relevant clinical experience with direct services, including therapy sessions, assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and case management Desire to drive relationships within the community to increase access to care and reduce stigma Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base Proficiency with office technology and Electronic Health Record systems A GREAT sense of HUMOR Responsibilities and Duties

Part-time maintains a minimum caseload of 10-12 sessions per week, Full Time 22-25 per week Evaluate mental health diagnosis, create and implement treatment plans Complete ongoing documentation including revision of diagnosis and treatment plans according to policy Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per guidelines Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team Utilize industry-recognized interventions to help clients achieve goals Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, and school staff as needed Attend and participate in clinical staff meetings and trainings Additional responsibilities as needed to support the role Bonus Qualifications and Skills
