About The Role
As a Trauma Sales Associate, you will support sales of Stryker Trauma products, working under the supervision of a Trauma Sales Representative. You will receive extensive training, including observing over 300 medical procedures in your first year, becoming an expert in surgical procedures and a valuable team member. The role involves being on call most nights and weekends, building strong client relationships, and contributing to improved healthcare outcomes.
You should be motivated, proactive, independent, passionate about healthcare, and committed to relationship building.
