Cranial Technologies is the leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses, dedicated to researching, diagnosing, and treating plagiocephaly.
We are seeking a full-time Clinician to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This is an opportunity to work in a niche, pediatric outpatient setting exclusively with infants and their families, specializing in DOC Band Therapy to correct cranial asymmetry in a child-friendly clinic. As a Clinician, you will treat infants 3 to 18 months of age using the DOC Band and will be considered a trusted expert in diagnosing and treating plagiocephaly. Our clinicians develop strong relationships with families at every stage of treatment. Responsibilities
Treat infants 3 to 18 months of age using the DOC Band to correct cranial asymmetry. Provide infant-focused clinical care in a pediatric outpatient setting. Educate and partner with pediatricians and families throughout the course of treatment. Collaborate with team members to ensure swift, measurable progress and positive outcomes. Qualifications
Backgrounds such as PTs, OTs, Registered Nurses, Orthotists, or other relevant clinical disciplines are considered; a formal training program with mentoring is provided. A background in pediatrics is preferred but not required. Certified Orthotists only (as applicable for the position). What we have to offer
