About the role: As a Nurse Manager, you will establish, initiate, implement, and evaluate the goals and objectives that align with the high standards of care we expect for our patients. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Lead and support a dynamic, multidisciplinary clinical team Manage staffing, training, onboarding, and scheduling Collaborate closely with senior leadership and physicians Champion quality improvement, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance Be the go-to clinical leader in a one-of-a-kindhybrid care environment Participate in community outreach and represent the organization with pride As a Nurse Manager, you bring : Bachelors degree in nursing or equivalent education and experience Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse license 2+ years of management experience 3+ years of home health, home infusion or related organization Strong communication and team-building skills Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a startup-style care model What we offer: Competitive Compensation Health/Dental/Vision insurance benefits 401K match PTO / Paid Holidays Company events Prosper Infusion is a mission driven company with a focus on innovation and patient care so, as a Nurse Manager.Apply today.
