Job Summary:

Position Details:

Conduct outpatient cardiology evaluations, follow-ups, and routine management Collaborate with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans Educate patients on cardiovascular health, medications, and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical meetings

Qualifications:

Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Texas National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA) Experience in cardiology or internal medicine preferred Strong clinical assessment and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
