NHC Lewisburg, a 100‑bed post‑acute skilled nursing facility, is seeking a Wound Care Nurse to deliver expert care for chronic and acute wounds in the geriatric population. The preferred candidate is an RN; an LPN with experience is encouraged to apply. The wound care nurse will assess and evaluate patients with wounds and injuries, ensuring optimal patient care delivery through wound care nursing procedures. The provider will provide preventative care to prevent infection and other complications, and will educate and coordinate care with other health professionals.
