Brighter, Stronger Foundation (BSF) is an outpatient behavioral health provider serving communities in East Baltimore County and Harford County. We offer comprehensive services in homes, schools, and clinic locations. What you’ll do

Provide individual, group, and family therapy, crisis intervention, and treatment planning in compliance with agency, COMAR, and CARF standards. Build positive, trusting relationships with clients and develop tailored treatment strategies. Assess client needs on an ongoing basis and adjust treatment approaches as needed. Educate and involve family members in care when appropriate. Participate in clinical supervision with a Board-Approved Supervisor. Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to support client needs. Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all interactions. Client support & documentation

Engage and ensure the safety of clients during all services. Track and analyze client data and progress with your supervisor. Accurately document services in our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. Properly report and document all critical incidents and safety concerns. Administrative & compliance

Maintain required licensure and insurance. Record time and attendance in our HR system. Complete mandatory training within required timelines. Participate in team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development. Why join BSF

Licensed or license-eligible in Maryland (LMSW, LCSW-C, LGPC, LCPC, or equivalent). Strong clinical assessment and differential diagnosis skills (Therapist II level). Experience providing therapy to children, youth, and families. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team. Comfortable using technology including EMR and HRIS systems.
