Job Description The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills to foster a collegial environment, focusing on providing outstanding care to patients and their families. Responsibilities include clinical duties such as prepping clinics, triaging patients, patient education, and requesting confidential medical records. The candidate should enhance healthcare provider interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
Job Responsibilities
Facilitate an exceptional patient care experience by ensuring smooth patient flow, attending to patient, family, and staff needs.
Prepare patients for physician visits: obtain and document vital signs and health history in Electronic Health Record (Allscripts), assist with paperwork.
Perform clinical duties: check vital signs, administer medications, follow up with families, document and report.
Manage patient triage via telephone and walk-in, document and follow up.
Assist with preparing the clinical schedule.
Additional Requirements
Graduate of an accredited RN program
Current RN license in Kentucky
Minimum of 4 years clinical experience
BLS certification through American Heart Association
